Family Fun Day at Grist State Park

FAMILY FUN Day at Grist State Park drew a crowd last weekend.
FOLKS came to enjoy FISHING, peddle boats, swimming, hiking, archery,
a raptor demonstration, local barbecue and more.

The park is located about 10 miles north of Selma
and is a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors.

Thanks to guest photographer Christine Weerts!

I've always wanted to try a peddle boat, but was afraid I'd give out of energy and get stuck! Great photo.

Floating time is ending pretty soon, what a fun activity.

Firstly my apologies for a late comment, i have been far to busy repairing my blog after a moval from one host to another... and taking care of other things that needed to be taken care of since my husband and i have health issues at the same time.

To discover and learn makes every journey worth the effort!

have a nice weekend
